Arrival times are setup to ensure your pet gets seen in a reasonable timeframe, and any late arrivals after 15 minutes from the scheduled drop-off time will be accepted only at the groomers’ discretion. No-shows, or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be assessed a fee or deposit requirement upon reschedule.

Grooms can take between 1-4 hours depending on service/breed/size/temperament/coat conditions; a 20-30 minute notice will be given when your pet will be ready for pickup.
